As an NGO the operations and management of HUB Turku are regulated by the Finnish Associations Act.
According to the rules of HUB Turku the NGO has two types of memberships: regular members and supportive members*. The supportive members do not have the right to take part in the decision-making of the association like ordinary members - in other words this membership type does neither bring any commitments nor benefits to the payer.
This membership type has been created in order to willing persons being able to donate money to our NGO.
*The other "HUB memberships" in HUB's communications are not actual memberships in the association, rather a way of branding our services.
