Erityiset ehdot
Huoneiden varustelutaso:

Special terms:
Rooms' equipment level:
* Minimum equipment, no lock, no fastenings *
The community provides basic furniture for the rooms: a table and a chair. If you wish, you can also choose a computer screen in the room as an additional service. Loan monitors are basic and vary in size, some with HDMI or DVI as the digital connection type and some with analogue VGA only. The Community has a limited number of different adapters and display cables and the Community cannot guarantee a suitable combination for each terminal.
The bringing of own furniture and appliances into Community premises is permitted, but the affixing to walls and other surfaces is strictly prohibited without the written consent of the Community. You may bring other personal belongings into your room at your own risk, but unfortunately, the doors of the rooms cannot be locked. The importation of furniture should be agreed separately with the community manager so that we can arrange easier access through the locked courtyard of the property and the back door leading directly to the lift.
* Limited WLAN coverage and bandwidth *
The Community cannot guarantee wireless Wi-Fi coverage and adequate bandwidth to all Community facilities at all times. Members are encouraged to be prepared to use their own internet connection if necessary.

In its operations, Hub Turku complies with Finnish laws and regulations as well as regulations of the Prime Minister's Office and other competent authorities.
The Community reserves the right to close the Community Workspace temporarily or indefinitely if required by official regulations or other changes in circumstances beyond the Community's control. In such cases of Force Majeure, the Community shall inform its Members as soon as possible and reserves the right not to reimburse the fees already paid by the Members.
